Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a positive, experienced, and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to join Asset-Map’s Sales team. The purpose of this position is to extend Asset-Map’s market inroads by generating new and qualifying existing leads through:

· Executing Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, email and social

· Handling and disposition of Inbound Inquiries and Leads

· Connecting with leads that need to be nurtured or re-engaged

What You’ll do as Sales Development Representative

Outbound:

  • Design, execute and manage multiple simultaneous outbound campaigns for lead lists assigned to the SDR.

  • Execute short term “high-priority” phone-only, or phone-first campaigns within a short window (usually 24-48 hours) following events.

  • For outbound campaigns, identify and qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate Inside Sales Manager using the standard process.

  • Various aging leads and opportunities will be assigned to the SDR for nurturing with return to the Inside Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

Inbound:

  •  Inquires / Responds – Follow up with and qualify marketing generated activities, that are routed to you, from digital, webcast, events, or other Marketing campaigns within specified SLA’s.

  • Phone – Answer inbound phone calls and qualify according to the standard process and assign them to the appropriate Inside Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

  • Chat – Monitor and respond to Sales chats generated through the Asset-Map website and qualify new leads accordingly.


Campaign Execution & Lead Management

  • Design, execute and manage multiple simultaneous outbound campaigns for lead lists assigned to the SDR, which campaigns shall include a combination of direct phone calls and emails achieving minimum target 8 touches per lead.

  • Plan call and email activities to generate Leads using the most efficient means, in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.

  • Collaborate with team for most effective territory planning and execution, covering all routes to market

  • Generate prospecting lists and qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, Social Selling etc.)

  • Pass qualified leads to the Inside Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager for sales stage execution

  • Organize, track and report weekly on all active campaigns regularly to the Director of Sales Ops., CSO and others. Additional regular review of lead pipeline and progress.

  • Acquire working knowledge of Asset-Map and be able to articulate its use and features to Asset-Map’s targeted audience

  • Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably tele-prospecting experience, specifically high-volume phone-centric work

  • Ability to work in a high-volume activity environment, involving phone and chat

  • Background in High-Tech/Software industry with specific background in Financial software a plus

  • Knowledge of Account Based Marketing and Social Selling a huge plus

  • Proficiency using HubSpot or another CRM

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience. Commission plan.

Hours and Location: This is a full-time position, our offices are located in Old City Philadelphia. A full-time virtual work schedule is in effect at Asset-Map, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Some in-office hours are preferable for leadership positions, once conditions permit.
