Product Update: Stencil Library

You asked, we listened! We’re thrilled to introduce the Stencil Library, a new product update to your favorite Asset-Map feature: Stencils™.

The Stencil Library feature allows advisors to either select from a pre-populated list of widely requested custom Stencils in the new “Public Library” tab, create and save their own Stencils in the “My Stencils” tab, or combine the two options to edit a custom Stencil to your needs and then save it in your personal library.

Whichever option you choose, Stencils are now at your fingertips ready to be applied to either a household or an individual member saving you time and increasing your business practice efficiency, especially if you have a common client persona.

 
 

The Public Library includes 20+ popular Stencils that our Customer Success team has custom-built. And this is just the beginning! Stencils will continue to be added based on popular demand by our user base. Here’s a brief list of new Stencils that have been recently added:

  • New Clients / Prospecting (Traditional Fact Finder, Building Blocks, Get Started)

  • Generation or Lifestage (Millennial, Gen X, Baby Boomer, Retired, Young Professional, etc)

  • Industry (Military, Teacher, Executive, Business, etc)

  • Financial Planning (Tax, Business, Expenses/Debts, etc)

  • International (UK, Canada, etc)

  • Integrations

Stencils can be previewed to see the instruments and tiles they contain before you apply them instantly to any member or household. Additionally, Stencils can be moved from the Public Library to your Personal Library (“My Stencils” tab) allowing you to customize our public Stencils further to your own needs.
