Ready to make creating an Asset-Map a faster and easier experience than ever?

Our new integration with TD Ameritrade Institutional gives you a simple way to bring the Veo® Platform and Asset-Map platform together so you can quickly produce a new visual financial inventory for anyone—in less time than it takes to open a can of pumpkin for that holiday pie you’re making.

Keep reading to learn how it works, where to find it, and what you need to do to enable the integration.

Stress-Free Asset-Mapping

Creating an Asset-Map doesn’t take a whole lot of time, especially if you know which assets need to be input from a client’s household already.

But with the Veo® integration, populating an Asset-Map becomes a seamless process by using the TD Ameritrade Institutional information you already have.

Instead of re-keying all the information you’ve already saved in Veo®, the integration automatically syncs all that information over to Asset-Map to help you create a new visual plan.

There’s no chance of entering information incorrectly and having data that doesn’t match from one system to the next, and it gives you that much more time back in your day to continue building relationships and giving great advice.

This real-time data sync between Asset-Map and Veo® makes you a more efficient financial advisor by giving you time back in your day to continue building relationships and providing next-level advice.

The integration syncs critical client information, including:

  • First and Last Name

  • Address

  • Phone Number

  • Account Types

  • Values

  • Instrument Choice for retirement assets

  • Account Ownership

How to Get Started

Go to your Integrations page within the Asset-Map platform, select Veo®, and authenticate the connection with your Veo® login credentials.

Upon initialization of the integration, you’ll need to fill out a Release of Information form for TD Ameritrade Institutional. Simply follow the on-screen instructions when setting up your integration to get the form and send it to the proper contact at TD Ameritrade Institutional.

Once the integration has been verified, you’re ready to start filling out new Asset-Maps for all your TD Ameritrade Institutional clients.

Building an Asset-Map with the TD Ameritrade Veo® Integration

Navigate to Veo® in your Integrations list to get started.

You can search by client name to find the household you want. Click on “Import” next to the correct name in your client list to begin the sync.

The sync will pull in all relevant information you’ve stored in Veo® and display it in an at-a-glance financial asset review so you can see all the information that will be pulled into your Asset-Map. If you want to quickly navigate over to Veo®, there’s even a “View Account in Veo” quick link that will take you directly to the correct asset so you can perform a fast review while you’re creating the report.

When you’re done importing a client, you can access the same Asset-Map report that you know and love, but this time it’s all been done for you in a matter of seconds.

The integration is available right now to advisors using both TD Ameritrade Institutional and Asset-Map.
