Custom Layouts
Custom layouts allow you to specify your own custom data views, using available filters and sort options, to easily create reusable searches that can be quickly accessed at any time from within your household index.
Save time by creating valuable custom data views (searches) that can be quickly accessed at the click of a button.
Tailor the household index to your own specific needs by specifying a “default” layout that is most valuable to you.
Where to Access this Functionality
Every user has access to the Asset-Map Default layout within their Household Index. Once additional layouts have been saved, they will be accessible from the “Layouts” pick list, located in the upper left of the household index page
How to Use this Functionality
To create your own custom layouts, simply
Open your household index
Click the “Filter” button, to select the appropriate filter criteria needed to narrow your search results
Click the “Apply Filter” button to update your data view
Use the column headers to apply your preferred sort options (Asc/Desc)
Click the “Save” option, located in the upper right of the index
Select “Save As…” to create a new layout
Specify a unique name &/or set as your new “default” view, and click “save”
